·       Be a good sport.

·       No impeding other runners in any way.

·       Distance racing: You must have a stride and a half lead in order to pass someone.

·       Sprint racing: Stay in your lane the entire race.

·       No alcohol, tobacco, or illegal substances allowed.

·       Shirts and shoes are required.

·       Stay off the center of the football field. The sideline area will be available for warm up.

·       Bicycles, skateboards, baby joggers/strollers, roller skates or inline skates, animals, and personal music players are not allowed in the race.

·       No dogs
